Robert Uh ler, chairman and chief executive of Broomfield-based MWH Global Inc., on Wednesday announced a planned transition of the company’s CEO role.
In November, Uhler will become executive chairman of the board, and Alan Krause, currently president and chief operating officer of MWH Global, will be nominated to succeed Uhler in the CEO role.
