Devotees of fast fashion — looks that are on-trend and affordable — have shopped at Target for the past five years for styles from its Go International collaboration with top designers here and abroad. To celebrate the anniversary of the partnership, starting Sunday, Target stores will offer a selection of 30-plus dresses from 17 previous designers, including Luella Bartley, Richard Chai, Jonathan Saunders, Thakoon and Zac Posen.
