Every day is beautiful in this neighborhood
The April issue of This Old House magazine, now on newsstands, highlights north Denver’s Ghost Historic District as one of the country’s “great neighborhoods.” Magazine editors were looking for up-and-coming areas that also boast strong communities and cherished old homes. This neighborhood — roughly bounded by West 29th Avenue on the south, West 32nd Avenue on the north, Lowell Boulevard on the west and Irving Street on the east — continues to get attention outside of Colorado because, as This Old House points out, it is part of “Denver’s only ZIP code that hasn’t seen a market dip since 2007.”
