The Colorado Association for Manufacturing and Technology board members are narrowing down the field of potential locations for the planned Aerospace and Clean Energy Park; however, officials connected with the project said they do not expect to make a public announcement just yet.
The park is one result from the Space Act Agreement signed in December between NASA and the Colorado Association for Manufacturing and Technology. The agreement’s intention is to further the production and commercialization of clean energy and aerospace technologies and could result in the creation of more than 10,000 jobs statewide, officials have said.
