Developer McWhinney has started construction on a 252-unit apartment complex in Loveland.
The company already has a waiting list for apartments in The Greens at Van de Water, located on 13 acres just south of Highway 34 Mountain Lion Drive.
Amenities in the community will include a resort-style swimming pool with waterfall, spa, fire pits, outdoor dining and entertainment areas, artificial putting and chipping green and a community garden with private individual plats for residents’ use.
