Doug and Sheila Rutledge on Wednesday look at a huge tree that the wind toppled sometime Tuesday night or Wednesday morning at The Butte House, 4412 W. U.S. 34.
Their son Sean Rutledge runs his law office out of the house. He said, “I knew something was amiss when I got here, and then I noticed the tree was horizontal.”
The windstorm, which registered a 52 mph gust Tuesday night in west Loveland, caused damage elsewhere on that side of town.
