DENVER—Denver’s Cinco de Mayo parade is back after a two-year hiatus.

Democratic Sen. Mark Udall was grand marshal for Saturday morning’s parade in downtown Denver. The parade kicked off the free, two-day Cinco in the Park festival at Civic Center Park.

The Denver Post reports lowrider cars and bicycles cruised alongside dancers as the smells of corn on the cob wafted through the air.

Organizers expect tens of thousands of people to attend the festival through Sunday.
