Loveland’s quest to seal the deal for the ACE manufacturing park is moving ahead, and a series of recent visits by two dozen prospective tenants appears to show strong private-industry support for the project.

Gov. John Hickenlooper also made a stealth tour of the Agilent Technologies Inc. campus to see firsthand why NASA and another sponsoring agency have chosen it to house the Aerospace Clean Energy Manufacturing and Innovation Park.

Meanwhile, the $5.8 million needed for the city to buy the Agilent property will flow from five sources, if councilors approve the purchase contract Tuesday night.
