Police are investigating a report of an attempted kidnapping in Denver this morning.
At 7:30 a.m., a 15-year-old girl was walking near 50th Avenue and Elm Court when two men approached her and tried to force her into a car, said John White, spokesman for the Denver Police Department.
The girl was able to escape unharmed.
Police said the men were driving a white four-door car with tinted windows and a rear spoiler.
The man who attempted to pull the girl in the car was described as 6 feet tall, skinny and wearing a dark – possibly black – hoodie and dark jeans.
Both men fled in the car.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
