Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers of Lakewood and Denver-based Qwest, now owned by CenturyLink of Monroe, La., have been selected as finalists for the 2011 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Defense Department agency, announced the finalists for the highest recognition given to employers for their support of their employees serving in the Guard and Reserve. The 30 finalists were selected from 4,049 nominations.
