Colorado’s license plates are about to get more sports oriented.
Beginning July 1, Avalanche and Nuggets fans will be able to buy license plates featuring the local NHL and NBA franchises’ logos.
The state currently offers Broncos plates, which are available for a $30 donation to Denver apharities on top of a $50 initial fee.
