DENVER—A package with a powdery substance prompted the evacuation of a Colorado state government building but authorities say no hazardous substance has been found.
About 500 people who work in the building—across the street from the state Capitol—were forced to leave the building Wednesday morning.
The building includes the offices of the state Department of Revenue.
