A 19-year-old hit by an out-of-control landscaping truck nearly one week ago has died.
Family members told 9News tonight Robert Husak died today of injuries received last Friday when he and Matthew Maccord, 20, were struck by the truck while sitting on a bench near the Whisper Creek Apartments in Jefferson County.
The driver, Sebastian Kowzan, has not yet been charged in the accident.
