Denver-based Linx, a communication infrastructure provider, on Tuesday acquired Solstice Multimedia, creating a new audio- video subsidiary Linx Multimedia.
Privately owned Linx has operated three lines of business: voice and data cable services and installation, security-systems integration, and audio-visual systems.
Solstice Multimedia, which is also Denver-based, provides integrated electronic systems to commercial customers and residential ones with high-end “smart” homes.
