• Because of a reporting error, a story Wednesday on Page 1B incorrectly described lawyer Herbert Fenster’s relationship to the University of Colorado. He is co-chairman of the Board of Advisors of CU’s Alliance for Technology, Learning and Society Institute. He also served as trustee of the University of Pennsylvania.
