NEW YORK — Sarah Palin continued testing the waters for a possible presidential bid Wednesday when she took a boat to Liberty Island to tour the Statue of Liberty with her parents and daughter Piper.
The statue was a “symbol of what we can do well in the name of freedom,” Palin said as she walked toward the monument. Inside, she stopped and posed for snapshots with tourists.
