Donald Trump says Sarah Palin wants him to reconsider his decision to end his presidential flirtation campaign. “Well, she’d love me to get back,” Trump said Wednesday on “Fox & Friends.”
Trump and Palin had dinner Tuesday night. Trump recently opted out of the 2012 presidential fray but has said he could be swayed to re-enter the field or run as an independent. Asked whether he and Palin had discussed running together, Trump flatly denied it.
“We really did not,” he said. “We talked about lots of things — we did not talk about that.”
