The baby who died at a home day-care center in Denver on Tuesday was identified today.
Sam Magluilo, 5 months old of Denver, died after an emergency call from the day-care at 592 S. High Street, according to a news release from the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
The cause and manner of death will be released pending an autopsy.
At 3:58 p.m., police received an emergency call from the day-care center about a “child not breathing.”
The baby was taken to Denver Health Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
Police said there was no obvious signs of trauma to the child’s body.
