NEW YORK — OPEC decided Wed nesday not to boost production, sending oil above $100 a barrel. Benchmark crude gained $1.65 to settle at $100.74 per barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The American Petroleum Institute said Tuesday that U.S. crude inventories fell more than expected.
