Douglas County-based EchoStar Corp. announced Wednesday it has completed acquisition of Hughes Communications Inc. for $2 billion in cash and assumed debt.
Hughes is a provider of broadband satellite technologies and services and managed network services. Hughes’ shareholders will receive $60.70 per share.
