Osiris Gold Corporation of Denver today announced a joint venture with Bonanza Goldfields Corp., an exploration and mining company based in Phoenix, Ariz.
The partnership between Osiris, a holding company of gold claims in the Red Mountain district, and Bonanza is to be called Red Mountain Gold LLC and will own 43 claims with about 332,000 ounces of proven gold reserves.
The partnership is negotiating the purchase of additional mining claims, according to a news release.
