A Florida debt-management company is accused of operating in Colorado without registering properly, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by Attorney General John Suthers.
Enhanced Servicing Solutions is based in Orlando, Fla., and has allegedly provided “back end” debt-management services for the Johnson Law Group, another Orlando company recently sued by Suthers’ office, according to a news release.
