One man was shot outside a Lowry neighborhood apartment this afternoon, and another is being interviewed by police about what happened.
“We’re not calling him a suspect yet,” said police spokesman John White, who was at the scene at 8000 East 12th Ave.
The victim was shot in the stomach at 4:35 p.m. near the Lowry Heights Apartments.
