STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo.—A Steamboat Springs man has died after he fell into Soda Creek.
Routt County coroner Rob Ryg identified the man as John Christopher Noonan of Steamboat Springs.
Steamboat Springs police Capt. Joel Rae tells Steamboat Today that Noonan fell while trying to get on his mountain bike. He was pulled from the Yampa River and taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
