Things promise to heat up this summer on Erie’s long-term plans along the Interstate 25 corridor east of town, where millions of square feet wait to be turned into rooftops, big-box stores or business headquarters.
The town is in the midst of updating its comprehensive plan, and as part of that process, is honing in on how it wants to take advantage of the three or so miles it shares with the massive north-south highway.
