VAIL, Colo.—Police believe a 30-year-old Colorado man suspected of hiding in the tank of a portable toilet might have made peep holes in the restrooms of several Boulder businesses to spy on women.
Vail police arrested Luke Irvin Chrisco Thursday while investigating an unrelated complaint. They say he resembled a suspect wanted out of Boulder.
Police in Boulder suspect he is the man caught hiding in the tank of a portable toilet at a yoga festival last week. A woman reported seeing someone when she lifted the toilet lid.
Boulder police say they’re checking Chrisco’s claims that he spied on women using bathrooms at several Boulder businesses. They say some peep holes have been found.
So far, Chrisco faces misdemeanor charges of unlawful sexual contact and criminal invasion of privacy.
