DENVER—Gov. John Hickenlooper is discussing Colorado’s potato exports to Mexico.
Hickenlooper’s office says Colorado supplies about 44 percent of all fresh potatoes exported to Mexico, and the governor will talk about business opportunities in that market.
Hickenlooper will be joined Monday morning at the governor’s residence by U.S. Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Edward Avalos and Colorado Commissioner of Agriculture John Salazar.
