Oil prices wavered below $91 a barrel Monday as the market waited to see whether Greece gets a new round of international aid. Benchmark oil for August delivery fell 55 cents to settle at $90.61 on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It recovered some earlier losses on reports that French banks had agreed to accept slower repayment of Greek debt.
