Denbury Resources Inc. has agreed to buy the 57.5 percent working interest it does not already own in the Riley Ridge Federal Unit in southwestern Wyoming and an approximately 33 percent working interest in an adjoining 28,000 acres of mineral leases from Denver-based Cimarex Energy Co. for $191 million.
The sale is expected to close next month. The Riley Ridge Unit and the adjoining land are located in the LaBarge Field, from which natural gas, helium and carbon dioxide are being produced and sold.
