BOULDER — University of Colorado police have determined that a man accused of spying on women’s restrooms at several Boulder businesses — and of hiding inside a portable toilet at a local yoga festival — also spied on women in at least three bathrooms on CU’s campus, the Daily Camera reported.
According to police, Luke Chrisco, 30, admitted to spying on several public restrooms, and investigators found peepholes in three locations on the Boulder campus.
