• Because of a reporting error, a story Wednesday on Page 6B incorrectly described the status of the franchise agreement between Xcel Energy and the city of Boulder. Boulder did not renew its franchise with Xcel Energy.

• Because of a reporting error, a story on Page 1A Wednesday mischaracterized a study about the impact of a proposed Gaylord Entertainment hotel in Aurora. The Downtown Denver Partnership is working together with Visit Denver and others on a study that looks at the impact of the hotel complex.

• The name of Lotus Concepts’ in-house promotions director was misspelled in Bill Husted’s column on Page 3B Tuesday. The correct spelling is Paulina Szafranski.

• CLARIFICATION: A story about recruitment of minority students to Colorado universities that appeared Sunday on Page 1B did not note the total number of low-income and ethnically diverse students at Colorado State University. The school says there are 3,600 such students, including 1,609 who enrolled in fall 2010.
