LOS ANGELES — Officials removed Lindsay Lohan’s ankle bracelet and electronic monitoring system Wednesday as she was formally released from a 35-day house arrest. Lohan, who will turn 25 on Saturday, spent the time under house arrest in her Venice beachfront home for stealing a necklace from a local jewelry store and violating terms of her probation.
