What was meant to be a surprise gift turned into an Alfred Hitchcock film for a Superior woman late Tuesday night.
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call when a woman looked out her window and saw about a dozen pelican statues on her lawn, according to Sgt. Mike Lindin.
Investigators discovered the statues were intended to be a surprise from her landlord to celebrate the woman’s one-year anniversary at the house.
