GREELEY, Colo.—Sentencing for a former Mountain View Fire Protection District firefighter who was described in court documents as having a diaper fetish has been delayed so the Weld County Corrections Board can review his case.
Jesse Hodgson pleaded guilty in April to one count of attempted sexual assault and two misdemeanor counts of unlawful sexual contact and indecent exposure.
One of the counts against the 37-year-old man involves his 11-year-old stepdaughter who investigators say was instructed by Hodgson to put on adult diapers.
