GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comment on a company’s pipeline proposal to boost its capacity for transporting natural gas liquids from Wyoming and Colorado to Hobbs, N.M.

The federal agency says the Enterprise Mid-America pipeline would follow an existing pipeline corridor across Rio Blanco, Garfield, and Mesa counties in Colorado, and Uintah and Grand counties in Utah. It says the company is looking to start building it next year.

The Bureau of Land Management is asking the public to submit comments on the proposed 95-mile, 16-inch pipeline by Aug. 5. The public will have another chance to comment once the agency drafts an environmental assessment on the proposal.
