J. Randal “Randy” Miller , most recently general counsel for the Boston Market Corp., has been named chief administrative officer of the Golden-based firm.
Miller joined the company in 1994 and has been involved in all aspects of legal representation for the firm, including managing the Chapter 11 reorganization and two changes in corporate ownership.
Miller also heads the company’s design and construction, loss prevention, real estate and property administration departments.
In 2010, he assumed leadershi of the company’s human resources division.
George Michel, Boston Market’s CEO, said that as the company begins to explore franchise and licensing development opportunities, Miller’s leadership will help the company grow.
Michel said that Miller’s promotion is a recognition of Miller’s “valued contributions.”
Before joining Boston market, Miller was an associate of the Chicago-based law firm of Rudnick & Wolfe. He received his law degree at Washington University School of Law.
