A 36-year-old Denver man is free on bond after police allegedly found 95 marijuana plants in his Highland neighborhood home last week.
Stephen Lawing Jr. is charged with felony cultivation of marijuana, possession of more than 12 ounces of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana concentrate.
Besides plants that were growing, Lawing had “a large amount” of dried marijuana for distribution, according to the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
Lawing is free on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on July 20.
