The Colorado Area Health Education Center at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora has received a $1.8 million grant from the Colorado Health Foundation to support the AHEC’s CREATE Health project for two years — a program designed to promote health care in rural Colorado and address the state’s shortage of health care professionals.
