BATON ROUGE, La.—Gov. Bobby Jindal is mingling with Republican Party leaders at events in Colorado and Ohio.
The governor’s office says Jindal traveled Thursday to Aspen, Colo., for a meeting of the Republican Governors’ Association and is heading to Cleveland on Friday to speak to the Ohio Republican Party’s annual state dinner.
Jindal returns to Baton Rouge on Friday, spokesman Kyle Plotkin says.
In office since 2008, Jindal is up for re-election in the Oct. 22 primary. He faces no major challengers so far.
