The Jefferson County coroner’s office today named the man whose body was pulled from the South Platte River near Deckers Monday, after he disappeared during a family tubing trip Sunday.
Casey Allen Gallacher, 30, of Mesa, Ariz., was reported missing at 8:30 p.m. Sunday. The search was soon halted because of darkness.
Gallacher’s body was found by the North Fork Volunteer Fire Department at about 8 a.m. Monday about a mile from where he was last seen, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
