A couple of new shopping spots have moved into the Denver Pavilions. The Hat Collection features an affordable array of styles and colors. The store is on the second level near Hard Rock Cafe. And while Ann Taylor Loft at 16th and Curtis streets downtown is remodeling, the store has temporarily located to the second floor of the Pavilions near Barnes & Noble. Wendy Manning, marketing director for the center, says the store is expected to be there until mid-October. The Pavilions is offering a shopping incentive: Spend $25 between noon and 3 p.m. today and get a free screen-printed canvas tote with a Denver design from a local artist in honor of Employee Appreciation Week. Screen printers will be working in the plazas so customers can watch while they work. 16th Street Mall and Glenarm Place;
