CULIACAN, Mexico — Mexican authorities say five young people were shot to death as they ordered dinner at a roadside hot-dog stand in northwestern Mexico.
The Sinaloa state attorney general’s office said unidentified assailants drove up and sprayed the four teenagers and a 24-year-old with dozens of bullets from AK-47s and AR-15s. A 50-year-old man was wounded in the shooting late Saturday in the San Ignacio municipality.
