Bank of America Corp. chief executive Brian Moynihan is shedding another piece of the Charlotte, N.C., banking giant.
On Monday, Bank of America announced an agreement to sell its Canadian credit-card unit to TD Bank Group and disclosed plans to exit the credit-card business in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Bank of America acquired those businesses in its 2006 purchase of MBNA Corp.
