DENVER—Police say a 2-year-old boy died after being run over by a truck in a northeast Denver neighborhood.
Denver police a pickup truck was backing out the backyard of a home when the child was run over Wednesday afternoon. The boy died at the scene.
Denver Police spokesman John White told KMGH-TV ( ) that it appears what happened was an accident and that no charges are expected.
It wasn’t immediately known who was driving the truck.
