ASPEN, Colo.—A Woody Creek man faces charges of menacing and criminal mischief after he allegedly rammed his truck repeatedly into another vehicle in a dispute over trespassing.

A Pitkin County deputy said 50-year-old Chad McIntyre was arrested after the victim called police. McIntyre was also accused of driving under the influence and posted an $8,500 bond Wednesday.

According to the Aspen Daily News ( ), the victim told police he was looking for the Red Canyon trailhead when he got lost and McIntyre began ramming his vehicle.
