Douglas County- based engineering and design firm CH2M Hill is creating a partnership with the University of Kansas School of Public Affairs and Administration to help educate government leaders.
CH2M Hill will fund competitive grants for faculty research projects, an educational workshop, an internship for students in city and county leadership and webinars for students and alumni. The program will address outsourcing of local government services through public-private partnerships.
