Tropical Storm Harvey was moving over northern Guatemala early Saturday evening, where it was expected to bring heavy rains even as it weakened.
Belize lifted its tropical storm warning for the coast. But the storm was still expected to bring as much as 6 inches of rain to parts of Honduras, Guatemala, Belize and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Forecasters say flash floods and mudslides are possible.
