Someone broke into the Frisco Bay Marina overnight Monday and stole about a dozen small outboard motors from a bunch of sailboats.

The motors cost $1,500-$2,500 a piece. Summit County Sheriff’s deputies say the total amount of items stole could be around $20,000.

“I had two big master locks on mine,” Raoul Pietri, who had his motor stolen, said.

“The majority of these motors were in one way or another bolted or padlocked on the boat,” Tracy LeClair, public information officer for the Summit County Sheriff’s Department, said.
