The Telluride Film Festival, which runs Friday through Monday, likes to keep its line-up super secret. But various websites report that George Clooney will be there this weekend with his Oscar buzzy film “The Ides of March.” Clooney directs and stars in the political thriller.
Clooney will be honored at the fest along with the screening. Clooney is pushing this flick hard, having just taken it to the Venice Film Festival’s opening night and headed to Toronto after Telluride.
Telluride Film fest press rep Shannon G. Mitchell declined to comment Wednesday afternoon.
