BOULDER — The hearing at which suspected “potty-peeper” Luke Chrisco was to have entered a plea was postponed Friday. His arraignment is now set for Oct. 2.
Chrisco, 30, was arrested after a woman attending a yoga festival noticed something moving inside the tank of a portable toilet. Minutes later, a feces-stained man came out and ran away. He faces multiple counts of burglary and unlawful sexual contact for allegedly spying on women from hidden spaces in restrooms around Boulder.
